Where

The firm was founded in Billings, Montana (part of yellowstone county) in the beginning of 2004. It was recently relocated just outside of the city of Portland, Oregon in July of 2007. The city of Portland had a total population of 529,121 based on the 2000 Census. The area is consistantly growing and moving forward into industry and technology.
